WAGTD would like to acknowledge that the project and the inaugural festival was held on Aboriginal land. We would like to pay respect to Elders past, present and future, and extend that respect to other first peoples around the world. We also acknowledge and respect their continuing culture and the contribution these traditions make to our country.
